Sitara has been residing in a spiritual community in the south of India called Auroville for 22 years. Born in Germany in 1968, she moved to India with her two children when she was around 30-year old. Her soul resonated with the Indian spirit, where enlightenment is the primary aspiration. Over the years, she has dedicated herself to teaching and learning various creative, therapeutic, and transformational tools. Her mission is to serve as a bridge between the divine and humanity.

Her main goal is to spread the vibration of unconditional love in a joyful manner. Her teaching style is a balanced combination of male and female energy, blending beingness and doing, allowing things to unfold with a high level of awareness.
Creating a sacred space of beauty, where all parts of us can unite and feel welcome.
Four years ago, she met Munay-Ki, and since then, they have been learning and teaching together.

Sitara is a yoga teacher trainer and a Watsu practitioner. She is also trained in shamanism. She conducts workshops in creative writing, Mehindi, finding the goddess within, creating Earth mandalas, meditation, visualization, and sound healing. Having initially trained in traditional yoga schools, she eventually broke free to establish her own school. Here, she teaches a variety of transformational tools, creating a movement focused on the freedom to belong.
The way we teach involves a sacred, ritualistic approach, where each of us is seen and fully welcomed.
She also created a transformational game called “The Freedom to Belong,” available in five languages.

It’s a board game where players journey through deep questions, guided by short meditations, visualizations, sounds, and the wisdom of various tarot cards. The game typically takes around 3 hours and serves as an engaging way to get to know each other.
The game is a perfect way to get to know us and our teaching style.
