YOGA NIDRA AND SOUND JOURNEY WITH LIVE HANDPAN AND FLUTE
· Thursdays 10.30am-12 @ New Creation Studio
Yoga Nidra is a guided deep relaxation practice that calms the mind, releases stress and brings you into a state of profound rest and renewal. It supports emotional healing, better sleep and a deeper connection to your true self.
The live handpan and flute music creates a healing soundscape that soothes the nervous system, opens the heart and gently guides you into inner peace. Their harmonious vibrations help to release tension, balance the energy flow and bring the body, mind and soul back into harmony.
